Aveiro is a very nice city with river canals and lots of cafés which offer tradicional, delicious cakes. What is the most important for us, surfers, there are great surf spots around.To the north you will find Praia da Barra.This is a very popular beach which has consistent waves and extensive area with different peaks. Just next to Barra is another lovely place called Costa Nova, famous for the striped colored houses. These surfer’s favorite places are offering a lot of funny waves.
